Veterinary Student Program - Help Spread the Word

2010 Africa Summer Research Program

The Tuli Predator Project is proud to offer a select group of veterinary students an opportunity to work side by side with a wildlife researcher doing important predator research in Botswana. Students will get an occasion to spend 7 days in a remote privately owned safari camp in the NE Tuli Game Reserve in Botswana and work with lion and leopard researcher Andrei Snyman.

Tracking Matswane - Tuli's Lion

The attached Google map depicts Matswane's movements over a 11 day period. It is fascinating to see this technology come together and witness how it is helping Andrei with his research as well as providing the Game Reserve managers with important information to help them protect lion like Matswane.
